My Roku is not appearing
On Roku OS 14.1 or newer, open Settings › System › Advanced system settings › Control by mobile apps and choose Enabled. Confirm both devices use the same Wi-Fi and turn off VPN or network isolation temporarily.
Android or Google TV pairing fails
Keep the pairing code visible on the TV, enter all six characters, and retry. If the TV was previously paired, forget it in Remote One and connect again to create a fresh secure pairing.
How do I control Apple TV?
Remote One detects Apple TV and guides you to Apple’s secure system remote. Open Control Center on iPhone and tap Apple TV Remote for navigation and text entry.
Power, volume, or wake does not work
These controls depend on the TV model, HDMI-CEC configuration, and sleep state. A fully sleeping device may need its physical remote once before network control is available.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Remote One Settings and tap Restore Purchases. The lifetime unlock follows the Apple Account used for the original purchase and can be shared with Family Sharing.
